I have had 3 fantastic experiences here in the last several months, starting with an unfortunate flat tire that could not be repaired. Due to the nature of my car's AWD, I ended up having to replace all 4 tires. I was prepared to replace them with the exact same tire that they came with but I was advised to go with a different brand for performance purposes. Additionally, the recommended tires had a rebate associated with them and were available quickly. It was great advice -- I can actually notice the difference in performance and love the tires! So happy for their guidance. Unfortunately I recently had to return due to another flat tire, thankfully in a place that could be patched. I was also dealing with a tire key that was destroyed by the AAA roadside assistance I received. The folks at Mavis completely took care of me -- fixed the flat, put a temporary non-locking lug nut on and gave me advice on replacing the key. I returned with a new key and locking lug nut and within moments it they had replaced it. I've interacted with 3 wonderful staff there -- unfortunately I can only remember the names of two. Will definitely continue coming here for any future repairs! Very patient and willing to help. They’ve done a few repairs for me and each visit I am out in no time and drive off feeling safe. Thank you James, Ben, Will, Alex, and Brennan!! Nothing short of amazing!

I was a walk in customer this afternoon at the Mavis location on Kildaire Farm Rd iin Cary, NC. Jamal at the front desk politely greeted me and assisted me with my tire selection. He was super nice and told me about a great deal on tires for my Kia Seltos. I had not planned to get tires today, however the tires were in-stock and Jamal told me that they could get them on my SUV in an hour. Really?! I apologize because I was skeptical that it would be completed on short notice in such record time.. BUT I was wrong!! Jamal was totally accurate and I walked out with a great set of tires in less than 45 minutes! Amazing! I recommend this place. I am a repeat customer. Today's customer service and satisfaction was awesome...on a scale of 1 to 10, I give my experience a 10! Jamal was very professional and also had the guys examine my front and rear brakes and promptly let me know that its not yet time for replacement, however he provided me with a ball park figure on pricing to get the work completed in the future. The check- in and payment process was very quick and pleasant. Go see Jamal at Mavis! He will hook you up with whatever you need for your vehicle.

It was 5:30pm today and I was desperate to find out why my tire pressure continued to leak….even after filling it with air at a local gas station. I needed a professional and they needed to be close by! The closest full service tire center was National Tire & Battery on Kildaire Farm Rd. So I called NTB, expecting them to tell me that I would have to wait until tomorrow ….BUT….That didn’t happen! When I shared with Ben, NTB’s team leader, my predicament, he said ‘ As long as you can get here before we close at 6pm, we will take care of you!’ ….And I’m thrilled to share that THEY DID! Not only did they find and remove the small metal sliver that had punctured my tire, but they carefully surveyed the other three tires and found two more metal slivers that thankfully hadn’t punctured through!🙏 Ben’s team was thorough, competent, friendly and they all stayed until they were absolutely sure I could safely drive home! 5⭐️’s for SURE!!!🙌

I’ve been coming here for my tires and have always had a great experience. A few months ago I bought a set of tires from them, and recently I ended up with a nail in one. I brought my car in and they fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. The service is always fast, the staff is friendly, and they make the whole process easy. It’s nice to have a place you can trust to take care of things without any stress. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and efficient service!
